Barcelo Bilbao Nervion Hotel

The hotel was in a fantastic location, only a short walk from the old town and the Guggenheim museum. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the river. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the restaurant and bar were nice. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, offering to store our bags and call a taxi when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the river and close to the famous museum. We felt safe walking around the area, even at night. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the range of amenities available, including room service, bicycle hire, and laundry facilities.

The location was convenient and close to the town center. It was easy to take the funicular to the upper village and on departure, a taxi was quickly called. The room had a minibar and the bathroom was modern with separate spaces for the shower, toilet, and washing basin. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and there was a luggage storage room available.

The service was lacking and staff were unhelpful with an issue that came up during my stay.

Conveniently located hotel near museums, funicular and city center with a great river view. Well-kept and adequately equipped modern rooms with a comfortable bed and varied pillow selection. Very friendly, English-speaking staff providing excellent customer service. Enjoyable self-service breakfast with many choices and a small yet satisfying dinner menu. Some rooms have special curved windows.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the old town and new town. The rooms are clean and spacious, with daily towel changes. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the surrounding areas. The breakfast options are excellent, with a wide variety of food available. A nice touch was the basket of chocolates and sweets left outside our room.

Its spotless and well-equipped facilities include underground parking, comfortable and modern room amenities, and an exceptional breakfast buffet. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and always happy to help guests in any way they can.
